Vitamin A 

Vital for vision, particularly night vision

Helps repair tissue and bone

Found in eggs, tomatoes, carrots, squash, apricots, sweet potatoes, spinach, kale and dairy products (particularly non or low-fat yoghurt as they are fortified with Vitamin A to replace those lost in fat removal)
